LOCKER ROOM MONITORING POLICY
It is critical that Travel Team Managers understand and support the enforcement of the Locker Room Monitor (LRM) policy. Reference the Locker Room Monitoring page for this information, align with your Head Coach on the enforcement approach your team will take, support your coach in completing the administrative process requirements, and ensure your team has a process in place for this policy.
GAMESHEET
GameSheet is the scoring system used to record games for Travel Teams.

SUBSTITUTE GOALIE REQUESTS
Go to the D3 website and navigate to the Manager page. There, you will see several links - click the SUBSTITUTE GOALIE link. From there you can download the Sub Goalie Form. This form requires the signatures of the Wayzata Association President and the D3 Director. Best practice is to read through the policy included on the form, complete the top section of the form and then send via email to both WYHA President and the D3 Director for their signatures. In the event of extremely short notice such as illness, at minimum you should have the WYHA President's signature on the form before the game is played with the substitute goalie. If the WYHA President is unavailable, then an VP Travel or the VP Admin can also sign.
OFFICIAL WYHA LOGOS
These logos are suitable for team level decorations and spirit items.
Social Media Shout Outs
WYHA would love to recognize team's accomplishments with shout outs on the Facebook page. The best way to do this is to send a DM to the Facebook page with the image(s) and exact text as you would like it to appear. You can also email your content to ProgramAdmin@wayzatahockey.org.
