PIC MEETING ROOMS
Meeting Rooms at PIC
The Blue Line and Center Ice Room at PIC are available for team meetings. Please note, room requests are for team meetings only. Any team parties/birthday parties need to call the main office at 763-509-5250 and there is a charge for the room.
- Blue Line Room can accommodate 30 people
- Center Ice Room can accommodate 100 people
How to Reserve a Room
- To reserve a room, email RoomRequest@plymouthmn.gov
- Indicate in your email the purpose of your meeting, the time and date specifications
Requests should be sent 2-3 business days in advance. Business hours for PIC are M-F 8AM - 4:30PM.
Please note, you are responsible for setup and cleanup of rooms.
Requesting a Locker Room for a Scrimmage Opponent
To request a locker room for a scrimmage, email scrimmage@plymouthmn.gov and include:
- The name of the team making the request
- Date and Time
- Rink (A, B, or C)
- Opponent
- Any special needs
- IMPORTANT include your contact info (name, email and phone)
