Congratulations on qualifying for the 2025 Bantam B or Peewee B State tournament. There are several items listed below that need to be addressed immediately. Thank you in advance for your timely completion of these items.

BANQUET
The banquet is Friday, March 14 at Medina Entertainment Center (500 MN-55 / Medina, MN 55340). Team Managers, please reference the document below for banquet information which includes numbers attending the banquet.
Banquet Ticket Reservation Form must be completed by Thursday March 6th!!!!
ENTRANCE ADMISSION FEE
Paid with Venmo or cash
Tournament Pass - $25
Daily Admission- $15
Senior and Student Tournament Pass - $15
Senior and Student Daily Admission - $10
10 and Under Admission - Free
Armed Service Members (Veteran / Active Duty) - Free
Rostered players, up to 4 rostered coaches, and 1 manager will be provided with complimentary entry wristbands for the weekend. Please wear at all times. Team wristbands will be available in the Blueline Room 45 minutes prior to the team’s first game.
LODGING (if needed)
A SignUpGenius site has been created and details for each hotel are listed. All blocks expire either on 03/03, 03/04, or 03/05 depending on hotel. Please support these recommended hotels as they support youth hockey in the Plymouth area!

STATE TOURNAMENT ENTRY FEE
$700 check (made payable to Wayzata Youth Hockey Association). Bring to Blueline Room at PIC (on right at upper main entrance to PIC) 45 minutes prior to first game on Friday.
At the same time each team needs to pick up their player, coach (up to 4) and one manager wrist band for entry into PIC.
Wrist bands must be worn to gain entry.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
COACH / MANAGER CHECK-IN
Blueline Room at PIC (on right at upper main entrance to PIC) 45 minutes prior to each game to sign GameSheet iPad roster.
PUCKS
WYHA will provide warm up pucks and game pucks.
PROGRAMS
Programs will be available for purchase for $5.

Bantam B and Peewee B Teams, if interested, please order State Tournament apparel using the link below by March 5th.
Signature Concepts opened an additional run of the Blackout Sweatshirt and a Blackout Hat. This ordering link is only available till Sunday 3/16!
CITY POLICY ON ALCOHOL
Please remind all team members and visitors to be respectful to others and the Plymouth Ice Center.
Additionally, the City of Plymouth does not allow alcohol in public parks (Plymouth Ice Center is considered a “Park”). The ordinance can be viewed in detailed here.
PLAYER AND FAN EXPECTATIONS
Abusive language or conduct toward officials, players, staff, or spectators by anyone will not be tolerated, and violations may result in removal from the rink. All participants must show respect for players, coaches, officials, and the game itself, with taunting and unsportsmanlike behavior strictly prohibited. Officials have the authority to stop a game to remove disruptive spectators, who will face a minimum three-game suspension per MN Hockey rules. The decisions of tournament officials are final, and no protests will be allowed. The goal is to maintain a safe and positive environment for all involved.
